In the process of global economic integration,the refrigerator compressor industry in China is facing fierce market competition.Severe overcapacity,serious competition,industry competition has entered the white hot competition,refrigerator compressor industry is facing a huge challenge and test.Especially in recent years,refrigerator compressor product is affected by overcapacity and human cost rising.Homogenization competition is further intensified.Compressor market is developing into buyer's market because of oversupply,which eventually leads to narrowing of compressor profit space.Therefore,how to efficiently develop a new product with high value-added compressor has become an important direction for HYYS company to seek new product development strategy.Because of the many parts and disciplines involved in the fridge compressor,and because of its very complex manufacturing process,the reliability and quality requirements of compressor products are high,the development cycle of new products is longer.Through the research of HYYS company's new product development strategy,we can not only avoid the risk of new product development,shorten the development cycle,but also enrich the theory of new product development strategy of compressor.At the same time,it has practical significance for improving the R & D management level of fridge compressor industry.In this paper,the Technology Development Department of HYYS company as the research object,the compressor new product development strategy is studied,which is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of the topic selection,reviews the research situation at home and abroad,and expounds the content and method of the research.Finally,it states the purpose and significance of this study.The second chapter describes the background,strategy,organizational structure,development process and problems in the process of new product development of HYYS company.The third chapter analyzes the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the new product development of the HYYS technology development department.The fourth chapter make company product development strategy,differentiation strategy of new product development,the establishment of project manager system and product development teams across sectors,the establishment of team performance evaluation and incentive mechanism,for product development process improvement,developing new products patent strategy and innovation strategy.The fifth chapter introduces the implementation scheme of new product development strategy,continue to increase through the establishment and the college research platform,continue to increase investment in research and development,formed the core of the team,strengthen team construction,strengthen the research and development of personnel training,the establishment of new product development and market information management system,the use of new product development management model based on APQP.The sixth chapter summarizes and looks forward to this paper.Through this study,hope to provide decision-making basis and guidance for new product development of HYYS technology development department,and provide theoretical support for the development of new products of refrigerator compressor industry,so as to improve China's Refrigerator Compressor R & D strength.
