The Guangdong Kelon Electrics Share Co. ltd (following abbreviation Kelon Company) is the biggest refrigerate household electrical appliance enterprise in China. The Company does work in the research, the produce and the sale of refrigerator and air-condition. Being established in twenty years, Kelon Company has become the leader in refrigerating field. In 21th century, The Company has to cope with intense competition and challenge come from overseas and internal. Especially refrigerator product, as the main source of the profit, how to keep competition strength and development lasting and health is a very important question. So, the paper studied the refrigerator product competition strategy in Kelon Company.At first, the paper introduced the present condition of the refrigerator product, backgrounds and significance for study simply. Explained the relevant theory about strategy management, the paper analyzed external environment and competitive environment with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Analyzed the relevant action with value chain analysis and found out the core competition strength of Kelon Company.
