Research On The Improvement Of The Product Cooperative Development About Domestic Auto And Parts Corporation

The entire auto industry has developed quite well with the fast-growing economy these years and it has supported the continued development of automobile and its share parts manufacturing.In the passenger vehicle market,which has the largest production and sales among vehicle markets,foreign joint ventures take a large part,especially ventures in Euramerican style or Japan and Korea style.Their key components of vehicles are provided by joint ventures with foreign companies or foreign-owned enterprises in china,which has caused an industrial chain with technology barrier.Domestic auto-parts and vehicle enterprises are under great pressure because of the clustering development of foreign enterprises.Besides,the key components and technology are still grasped by foreign enterprises.Therefore,with great difficulty making technical breakthroughs,Chinese self-owned brand auto-parts and vehicle enterprises are faced with the great challenge of macroscopic environment,technology updates and energy-saving emission reduction.The urgent problem is how these Chinese enterprises cooperate with each other and improve core competencies.MS,as a state-controlled enterprise which supplies auto-parts integration module,not only provides products for joint ventures in China,but also works on the development of corresponding auto-parts for Chinese self-owned brand vehicles.With a huge gap on technology and management between self-owned brand vehicle companies and foreign joint ventures,the key content of this paper focuses on how to cooperate with Chinese self-owned brand vehicle companies to develop high-quality and low-cost auto-parts integration module with shorter time.Based on the current situation of MS,we’ll analyze problems we may face during collaborative development process and offer possible solutions,which are available for peer companies’ reference.The paper proposes the development management and reconstruction theory of cooperation between auto-parts and vehicles,based on which,we take MS as an example and introduce the management and control measures on time,quality and cost during collaborative development between self-owned brand vehicle plants and auto-parts enterprises for auto-parts integration modules.Besides,the paper has introduced the application of SGS,QFD and 5W1 H development management technology.We made a detailed analysis on the X88 front-end module collaborative development project,found the weaknesses and provided an optimizing solution for the current processing and management technology,and gave suggestions on the entire optimization of the existed collaborative developments of MS.We hope our research is not only meaningful for directions on MS’s collaborative development,but also can give guidelines to other peers in their collaborative development.
