Logistics is known as the third profit source of enterprises,account for a large proportion of the cost of doing business.Convenience store chain enterprise as a service-oriented enterprises,in addition to the cost of procurement of goods,the most important thing is the logistics cost.Logistics costs as hidden costs tend to be overlooked,the management level of current chain enterprises mainly in logistics is not high,the supply chain has inadequate logistics information,coordination and other issues,which increased the proportion of logistics cost.According to statistics,logistics costs accounted for sales ratio of over 10% even higher for the chain,the logistics costs include warehouse and transportation costs.Because of its product categories and high transport frequency,transport costs accounted for the vast majority of logistics costs.This dissertation is to study the simulation of vehicle routing problem with time window(VRPTW)model as a kind of logistics and distribution optimization model.Specific studies are as follows:First,the existing store location,time requirements for data collection,and fully taking into account factors affect path selection.By using the K-Means clustering analysis,the stores in Beijing area are divided into 9 categories according to geographical location.Secondly,the use of object-oriented analysis method to analyze the model objects,properties,and methods for VRPTW model for building simulation models to prepare.Thereby we established the distribution route simulation model in the simulation software eM-Plant,by using the software comes SimTalk language,combined with the saving algorithm,and we obtained distribution route under ideal conditions.Finally,the study simulated the real distribution environment.By repeatedly running the simulation model,distribution parameter changes.By observing time window and the number of customers on the distribution of influence,at last,we find some satisfaction parameters,the analysis the results verify that the required path reliability.By proposeing an automatic distribution route planning,the dissertation provides a reference for planning the distribution route of chain enterprises,and help enterprise managers reduce logistics costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
