| The NMT is the general contractor for an 200 thousand tons of waste tire processing production line in Huaian Jiangsu province.As the major manager of this project,the author does a research about risk management in this project and evaluates the project management by using some ideas and methods in risk management.First,the paper introduces the research background of risk management and makes a literature review on the theory and development in domestic and foreign countries.Then,The project is divided into different stages,The author identify the risk of each stage by using expert method and identify the 12 major risk.The 12 major risk are evaluated by using expert scoring method,The author evaluates the rate and loss of each risk,builds a rate-loss draw,records evaluation result,analyzes the result and different risk,finds a series of solutions for each risk and make the conclusion.The project is kind of EPC project management mode.In this mode,the risk general contractor taking is complicated,multiform and inevitable.At different life stages of the project,there are different kind of risk types and risk level.The highest risk generally exist in the project implementation stage and also exist in initiating stage.In acceptance stage,the risk is only the project acceptance and payment returned.Compared with other EPC project,the highest risk of this project is technical risk.Technical risk also effect schedule risk,quality risk,purchasing risk,So the most efficient way to reduce risk of this project is improving the technical research at very beginning.Risk management is one of the most important parts of the project management system,but it is not alone.Risk management also exists in each branch of project management and it plays a role of early warning and control.At the same time,Each branch of the project management has a promotion effect on risk management.So a comprehensive and effective project management is the only way to reduce the project risk. |
