Research On Risk Management Of Production Equipment Relocation In Tire Industry

At present,the production equipment of most tire enterprises has reached the overhaul years under the use of many years of high load.In addition,with the accelerated process of urbanization in China,the relocation of the old tire factory has become a big project market.Currently,many domestic tire manufacturing enterprises entrust the equipment relocation project to the contractor in the way of general contracting,so as to reduce the risk of the project undertaken by themselves.In order to complete the relocation of equipment project successfully for the contractor to their own professional ability and management capabilities are put forward higher requirements,it is of practical significance to strengthen research on tire industry production equipment relocation project risk management.Firstly,SWOT analysis method and case analysis are adopted to analyze the characteristics and risks of the production equipment relocation project in the rubber tire industry.Secondly,from the view of the contractors,combined with other industry related research literature,identifies the major risk sources at each stage of the project and determines the list of project risks through the expert evaluation method.Ascertain the weights of the major risks and classify the risks by Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,use the expert interview method to determine the key risk measures.There is a lot of unforeseen factors in the tire production equipment relocation project,which has more risks and need to be paid more attention compared with the new projects.The research and summary of the risk management of such projects has a very important guiding significance for the successful completion of such project,and can bring huge value in return for tire production enterprises and contractors.
