With national defense construction rapid development and the reform of military system,military enterprises face increasingly fierce market competition,project management level directly affect the enterprise development and marke t competition ability,project schedule management of project management,such as the core,the reasonable plan is the basis of tracking and control of the pr oject implementation,is decides the key to the success or failure of the project.Current military project complexity,system and integrating more and higher.A project delay may lead to delays in projects related to the,causing huge hum an,material and financial resources waste,the traditional project schedule mana gement has not satisfied the military enterprise project management.In this paper,based on the existing problems of the project schedule ma nagement of the precision guided weapons,this paper analyzes the existing pro blems,and puts forward the importance of key chain management in the proje ct management.The system analysis the project schedule management,of the c ritical chain management were in-depth study,put forward using the critical ch ain in the research of some precise guided weapons for the progress of the pr oject management,in order to improve the reliability of the project schedule,e ffectiveness and stability.This paper mainly conducts the research to the key chain in a study of precise guided weapons project in the progress of the project management appl ication proposed by using the method of preparation of Gantt chart critical cha in project schedule on the basis of the traditional PERT / CPM,and the use o f buffer capacity calculation method and buffer decision-making trigger mechani sm,solve the concrete problems in the application of critical chain.In this paper,based on the project example,the key chain management b ased on constraint theory is used in the project schedule control.Based on res ource constraints,the project schedule is optimized,the buffer mechanism is in troduced to improve the stability of the project schedule control,and the quant itative comparison and analysis with the traditional scheduling management met hod(PERT/CPM)is carried out.The application results show that the key chai n project schedule management based on the theory of constraint is more reliable and stable than the traditional project schedule management.
