Research On Development Model Of The "Tong Lu Groups" Private Express Delivery Companies

The third plenary session of the 18 th put forward that leave the market to play the decisive role in allocation of resources.This theory is a major breakthrough,and it also means the market economy has an important status.The “Tonglu Groups”are represented of private express delivery companies,they are the result of market economy.The “Tonglu Groups”lead the express delivery industry of our country,meanwhile,they make a great contribution on the national economy.Nowadays,China is in the period of economic transition,the development of delivery industry is beneficial to promote the economy of Internet,international trade,manufacture industry and so on.And also can enhance our country's international status.The “Tonglu Groups”occupy the huge market,and they have a very unique development model,at the same time they have many developing problems.Therefore,it is the great significance to research the development model of the“Tonglu Groups”.The paper is on the basis of theory about Marxist political economy,social network,industrial economy,management and so on.Through literature analysis,interviews and field research,and from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis to research the development model of “Tonglu Groups”.The research found that in the process of“Tonglu Groups”development,the entrepreneur spirit is the endogenous power,and the franchise pattern,geopolitical network and industry absorb effect are the evolution feature.However,the “Tonglu Groups”still have many problems such as inner contradiction,depend on the e-business,,lack of quality talents and so on.Finally the paper puts forward five aspects of suggestion:the first is deepening the reform of franchise system;the second is setting up the brand culture;the third is to improve the personnel management;the fourth is to improve the innovation ability;the last is to extend the express industry chain.Only by constantly internal reform and conform to the trend of The Times,the “Tonglu Groups”onto the road of sustainable development,and lead the development of express industry in China even in the world.
