Research On The Investment Benefit Post Evaluation Of Asphalt Production Project In A Chemical Area

With the accelerated development of reforming and opening up,China's project veness,technicality and investment continuity.Asphalt production project in A chemicinvestment presents some features: large scale,high technology,various investment subjects and diversified financing channels.Project investment benefit evaluation is helpful to summing up the experience of the project management and the implementation of the decision-making and management,so its importance is known by people and its requirement is also increasing day by day.Asphalt production project has the characteristics of comprehensial area is an important project to expand the northeast market,and studying the investment benefits is helpful for enterprises to find their own problems,improve the investment management solutions,and provide experience for similar projects.This paper treats asphalt production project in A chemical area as the research object.It summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant theories about project investment evaluation,describes the production status in detail,and makes analysis combining with present situation,which provides the theoretical and realistic foundation of the paper's evaluation.On this basis,the paper selects totally 10 assessment indexes combined with the features of project,including economy index,technical indicators and investment benefit index,forming the evaluation index system.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight,the paper constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with 2011-2014 investment data,and draws a conclusion that project has relatively good investment benefits and investment decision is rational in spite of some larger development space.And the paper establishes relevant measures from the aspects of economy,technology and society based on the evaluation results of the analysis,including strengthening the management of project cost,and improving the system of project financial management,increasing investment in scientific research and paying attention to technology development and innovation and adjusting flexibly and setting up the system of diversified resources.
