With the rapid advancement of urbanization and industrialization in China,complicated environmental problems had occurred because of land use change,such as reduction of biodiversity,shortage of water resources,soil erosion,and air pollution,which may gradually become an important bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of the social economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out observations of changes in regional eco-environment and explore the influence factors for understanding the regional environment,climate change and achieving coordinated development of socio-economic and ecological environments.This paper used Wuhan Urban Agglomeration as research area,took use of land use data from the 2000,2005,2010,and 2015,analyzed land use change from two dimensions of time and space change;adopted“the equivalent value per unit area of ecosystem service in Chnia”to estimate the ecosystem service value(ESV)of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration,corrected it based on the vegetation coverage.From the aspect of overall change characteristics,spatial distribution and change to analyze the spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics of ESV.Based on this,the paper selected factors related to nature,socio-economics,policies that affected ecosystem service value,using bivariate spatial autocorrelation and geographic detectors to analyze the impact of influence differences,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions of this study are the followings:(1)From the year of 2000 to 2015,Wuhan Urban Agglomeration presented an overall increase in water area and construction land,decrease in cultivated land,forest land,grassland and unutilized land.Land use transfer was happened at the total scale of1667 km~2,cultivated land was transferred highest,up to 1248 km~2,and the construction land was the main transfer destination with the area of 1114 km~2.Land transfer type had different distribution characteristics.Cultivated land converted to water was distributed in the central and southern region,cultivated land converted to construction land was concentrated in the central and Wuhan city remote area,the forest land converted to construction land was concentrated in the south and the north,while the water area converted to cultivated land and construction land distributed in the central.(2)During the period from 2000 to 2015,ESV of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration rised0.55 billion yuan totally,and experienced a general trend of rising first and then decreasing,which rose 1.84 billion yuan between 2000 and 2005,decreased 1.29 billion yuan from 2005 to 2015.The spatial distribution pattern showed the ESV was high in the south and low in the west,the change pattern showed the ESV increased in the north and decreased in the middle.The ESV distribution and change showed a significant positive correlation.(3)The bivariate spatial autocorrelation study showed that there were positive and negative spatial correlations between natural,socio-economic factors and ecosystem service value respectively.The results of geodetector research showed that natural factors such as accumulated temperature of?10°C,average annual precipitation,and elevation had a greater impact on the average ESV,and socio-economic factors such as the second and third industry GDP and the primary industry GDP was more significant to ESV change.The interaction effect of any two influence factors was enhanced,and the enhancement type were nonlinear enhancement and two-factor enhancement.Overall,natural factors had the greatest impact on ESV in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration,followed by socioeconomic factors,and policy factors were the weakest.Natural factors were mainly decided the ESV spatial distribution,socio-economic factors were important factors that affected the value of ecosystem services,policy factors such as returning farmland to forests can effectively promote the value of local ecosystem services,but their impact of ESV of county was not significant,and the effect of the main functional zoning policy had not revealed.
