Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin have become major national strategies along with the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Lanzhou-Xining(Lan-Xi)City Cluster is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.As one of the 6regional urban clusters nurtured by the state,it is also one of the inter-provincial urban clusters that the state has guided and cultivated.Prosperity and stability play an important role.The Lan-Xi urban agglomeration is in the stage of cultivation and development,and is facing many regional problems,such as weak urban functions and carrying capacity,large gaps in urban development,and limited urban development space.Therefore,studying the spatial pattern,distribution law,and influencing factors of the development intensity of urban construction land in the urban agglomeration of Lan-Xi City provides scientific basis for the total amount of urban construction land control and land control.Based on the land use data and social economic data of 1995,2005,2015 and2018,this paper reviews the relevant concepts,theories and methods of land development intensity,and evaluates the spatial-temporal pattern evolution and influencing factors of urban construction land development intensity in 39 counties of Lan-Xi urban agglomeration with the help of ArcGIS,SPSS,GeoDa and other software.Firstly,the paper constructs a model to measure the development intensity of urban construction land and calculates the size of the model;Then combined with the characteristics of social and economic conditions and natural geographical environment of Lan-Xi urban agglomeration,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the development intensity of urban construction land in Lan-Xi urban agglomeration by using geographic detector,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of urban construction land in Lan-Xi urban agglomeration.The main conclusions are as follows.(1)From 1995 to 2018,the main land use types of Lan-Xi urban agglomeration are grassland and cultivated land,with the least construction land coverage;the overall land use change shows the phenomenon of"4 increase and 2 decrease",that is,the construction land,grassland,forest land and water area increase,and the cultivated land and unused land area decrease;the overall urban construction land area shows a trend of continuous expansion,urban construction The land area increased from 228.50km~2 in 1995 to 557.41km~2 in 2018.(2)From 1995 to 2018,the development intensity of urban construction land in Lan-Xi urban agglomeration is relatively low in general.From the change of 20 years,the average development intensity of urban construction land in Lan-Xi urban agglomeration shows an overall growth trend,from 2.74%in 1995 to 4.45%in 2018.In terms of space,it shows that the two centers of Lanzhou Xining are high,and the"core periphery"space of other peripheral areas decreases in turn Distribution pattern.(3)From 1995 to 2018,the coefficient of variation and Theil index showed a downward trend,indicating that the difference of urban construction land development intensity in Lan-Xi urban agglomeration was narrowing,and the urban construction land development intensity was developing in a balanced direction.(4)The development intensity of urban construction land in Lan-Xi urban agglomeration has significant positive correlation in space,and has obvious agglomeration characteristics,mainly high-high agglomeration and low agglomeration.The hot spots and sub hot spots are mainly distributed in the"one main and one auxiliary"hot spots with Lanzhou and Xining as the dual core,forming obvious high value cluster area;the sub cold spots and cold spots are mainly distributed in the central and southern and western edge counties of the city cluster,and the cold hot spots are relatively stable in spatial distribution.(5)From 1995 to 2018,the development intensity of urban construction land in Lan-Xi urban agglomeration was affected by population concentration level,economic development level,industrial structure level,altitude and other factors,and there were significant spatial differences in the influence of different factors;the interaction detection of any two factors was stronger than that of a single factor,and the strengthening mode of the effect between the two factors was line enhancement.
