Environmental problem is getting worse in recent years,with rapid urbanization, the environment is becoming increasingly prominent, a direct consequence of the environment to human health caused has emerged. Urban disease a long time to resolve, It will cause further of the urbanization of its sustainable development. With the rapid development of urban economy, Suburban,s GDP growing rapidly, While economic development, environmental maybe damage. Finding the balance between economic development and ecological environment is more worthy of our scholars concern. Ecological service value can objectively reflect the regional land-use change and the environmental service capabilities evolution trend. Seen in this light, for the Metropolitan suburbs,it is extremely important to research that land use change and ecosystem of ecosystem services value. This article taking Longquanyi District as the study area, with the 2000, 2009, 2013 TM, OLI images and land use data in 2013, by pretreatment of remote sensing images and databases and building database.Then use GIS software to analyze specific regional of land-use change and ecological service value changes. Ecosystem relevance and value of service factors, using correlation analysis method Geoda software to analyzes the correlation that the value of ecosystem services, land use change and other socio-economic factors. Finally, At lenth,according to the development of various research area and distribution of ecosystem Service value, land use direction in the study area are roughly divided into three areas.The main conclusions of this paper were as following:(1) The utilization ratio of land resources in Longquanyi has reached 99.17%, all the ratio were over 97% in each of Townships. There was only a very small amount of river and hilly grassland untapped in this region, but most of them were located inChadian village. Within the study period, 3379.49 hectares of arable land reduced in total, 6060.95 hectares of construction land added. Waters and woodlands were also reduced by 1670.43 and 1404.69 hectares. 6.14 hectares of grassland, 387.36 hectares traffic land, 0.16 hectares of bare land were increased in while. Altitude, policy,transportation, and other factors polarization effect lead the utilization of land changed in Longquanyi.(2) From 2000 to 2013, in the study area, 146. 9412 million yuan lost in the value of ecosystem Service, the value of farmland ecosystem service decreased 20.6632 million yuan, the value of ecosystem services of urban and rural construction land decreased 32.56 million yuan, the value of water ecosystem services reduce 6794.72 million, the value of forest ecological services decreased 27.1582 million yuan, the value of grassland ecosystem services increased by 3.93 million, the ecosystem Service value of transportation services increased by 1.348 million yuan. Value of ecosystem services showed a sharp downswing.(3) Various types of land use ecosystem Service value were tested positive spatial correlation, exsit obvious clustering. The change rate of study area ecosystem service values has a significant positive correlation with regional production GDP and the population growth rate, also has some correlation with regional fixed asset investment growth rate. After got the the distribution situation of this study area ecosystem Service value, the use direction of the study area roughly divided into three areas, which including economic development area and agricultural production area and ecological protected area.
