Study On Communication Management Of ZY Management Information System Development

Information management is an important part of modern enterprise management.The introduction of enterprise management information system will enable enterprises to more effectively integrate resources,improve efficiency,reduce costs and speed up the development of enterprises.Complying with the needs of the times,ZY started the management information system development project.In the course of the project,communication problems have been the focus of the project.Communication management of the project has important value and significance for the implementation of the project,affecting the final performance of the project.Based on the related literature at home and abroad project communication management of reading and learning,to master the basic knowledge of the basic concepts,methods and techniques of communication management theory,the communication management information system development project management of ZY company analysis and research.This paper includes six parts: firstly,the introduction explores the research background,significance,research status and research contents;the literature part mainly includesan overview of the project,project management,project team,communication,project communication management and project communication model and way of theory and literature;the third part introduces the background of ZY company and the project management information system of the company background and status of implementation;the fourth part analyzes the current recognition and the company management information system development project problems,and the causes of the problems of internal and external reasons;the fifth part is to guide the theory,put forward specific measures for improvement of project management information system ZY,communication management,mainly includes four aspects,namely the Ming Dynasty The goal and principle of communication management to ensure the project,deepen the analysis of stakeholder communication system needs to construct the system of project communication management system;sixth part of the main research contents of the dissertation are summarized,and provide reference for later communication management.This paper takes the ZY company as the object,using the case study and literature study method,identification and analysis of communication management problems of the company management information system development projects in the process,reasons and theories research problems,from stakeholder management,project management process system,put forward the improvement strategy of ZY company project communication management.Through this study,we expect to provide valuable theoretical and practical guidance to the project management of the company.
