As a key link in logistics transportation,freight loading has important practical significance for logistics companies to improve the utilization rate of transportation tools and improve operational efficiency and benefit.Creating high-quality freight loading capacity is one of the effective ways for logistics companies,especially LTL logistics companies to build their core competitiveness.Freight loading is a combinatorial optimization problem subject to complex conditions.The early scholars started with researching the shipping container loading rate,and made a lot of research on the optimization and improvement of the loading rate of logistics transportation tools and the maximum utilization of logistics transportation resources,and gave different kinds of exploration ideas and solutions.However,for LTL shipments,different types of goods from different customers are rationally allocated to the same transportation vehicle,and the different freight rates for light-heavy goods are combined to ensure that the plan for maxrimizing vehicle revenue after loading,which are comparatively less discussed.In this paper,from the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of LTL goods stowage in R company,considering that national regulations,industry standards,the vehicle's own transport requirements,different freight rates systems for light-heavy goods and other constraints,and with reference to the research ideas and methods arising from the previous studies and considering the optimization of the loading rate of goods and the economic efficiency of transportation tools,a maximization model of logistics freight revenue under R's benchmark light-heavy goods freight rates system was conducted,and a clustering approximation algorithm based on the cubage-weight ratio of loaded goods was designed.The example analysis shows that using the model and algorithm designed in this paper,the company can optimize the actual LTL goods loading business of R company,improve the utilization rate of transportation vehicle resources and realize the maximization of logistics vehicle transportation revenue.Moreover,the algorithm has a faster solution speed and can guide and assist the actual operation of first-line cargo loading personnel,and has certain reference significance for the loading of goods in the LTL logistics industry.
