The Relativity Between Abundant Resource And Entrepreneurial Development Level In China's Provinces

The economic vitality of the country comes from the development of the entrepreneurial activity,and the development of the entrepreneurial activity plays an inestimable role in stimulating the economic growth.Along with the social and economic development and the wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more and more mass groups in China are engaged in entrepreneurial activities.In recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to the development of entrepreneurial activities.Country and provinces have introduced various policies to promote the development of entrepreneurial activities.However,compared with other provinces and cities,the development of entrepreneurial activities in the rich area of resources is not good,and many problems have been exposed.This makes it an urgent problem to explore what seriously restricts the development of entrepreneurial activity in the area which has abundant resources.This paper studies thoroughly the related theory of regional resources,analyzes the social and economic development of Resource-based Region,combined with the factors affecting the entrepreneurship development.Then analy of Resource-based Region inhibit entrepreneurship development mechanism from the five aspects of human resources,financial resources,innovation resources,government functions and cultural development.Based on the theory of resource curse,we collect the panel data of 31 provinces in mainland China for 2005-2015 years to explore the correlation between provincial resource abundance and provincial entrepreneurship development level.SPSS is used to carry out the panel data principal component analysis to measure the resource abundance and the development level of the entrepreneurial activities in China.Then,we use Eviews software to do panel data analysi.We carry out the four regression analysis,and further verify the resource richness restraining entrepreneurial effect model proposed in this paper.In view of the Resource-based Region entrepreneurship development problems,we perfect and reasonable improvement of the main measures to enhance the active domain of entrepreneurial resources development of our province,to upgrade the strategy to provide policy basis for the resource-based Province of China from five aspects of education,finance,innovation,government function,culture.
