Construction has been a pillar industry of China’s national economic development, security and stability of our relationship building products livelihood issues related to the country’s long-term stability. Construction companies and because of its special industry background, the environment is poor, strong liquidity and instability has led to a high turnover rate. Turnover has been the focus of attention of theorists study, a higher turnover rate also seriously troubled enterprise managers. But how to retain talent, the turnover rate is controlled within a reasonable range, the enterprises in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, is the core of modern enterprise human management.Due to the intensity of the model to explain the traditional attitude is not enough to leave, the paper introduced the work to embed the model proposed by Mitchell, which is the focus of attention in recent years scholars. Many foreign scholars have been working around the embedded done more extensive theoretical analysis and empirical testing, but in the context of this particular study Chinese very scarce, few scholars in-depth analysis of China’s basic national conditions based on its local characteristics and content. Therefore, a lot of reading the paper, based on previous literature, on turnover model and abroad were analyzed and discussed, reviewed the traditional attitude of the model of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and then work from the perspective of employee turnover embedded empirical analysis.This paper uses SPSS21.0 software on turnover of construction industry employees tend to do a survey question, in the form of a questionnaire survey were selected primarily cities Chengdu, Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Tianjin, Wuhan and other construction industry employees, among the largest enterprises in Chengdu, through descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis, from the perspective of research work to embed the construction enterprise level employees turnover problems.One of the innovations of this paper is from "job embeddedness" This new perspective to study the problem of domestic staff turnover, and the depth of the interaction between it and the traditional attitude of the model of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and job satisfaction is verified part intermediary role and organizational commitment; second innovation is that the work is embedded proposed theory, enable managers to more fully explain and predict employee turnover, but in practice many factors influence the non-working but more pronounced. Therefore, this article from the work and non-work factors two factors to study, work is embedded into the working community embedding and embedding two levels, each level is divided into coupling, organization and sacrifice three dimensions, they explore each employee turnover impact. On the results of empirical research on the construction industry has put forward a number of recommendations of human resources management.
