With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,the automation industry has also ushered in the spring.However,with the vigorous development of the market,it also exposed many problems in the market,and many competitors have also entered the automation market one after another,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.Founded in 1992,ER Co.,Ltd.was one of the earliest companies in China to begin R&D and production of AC motors.Although the company has certain advantages in terms of resources,technology,and talents,it still has some problems that need to be solved.This article through the analysis of the automation industry and in-depth analysis of the ER company,can help ER companies to recognize their own advantages and shortcomings,make it seize the opportunity to better respond to rapid development and unpredictable market environment,continue to improve Its own competitiveness.The full text is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the research purpose and research significance of this article.At the same time,it also clarifies the research content and research methods.The second chapter is the introduction of ER company,mainly introduces the basic situation of ER company and main products.The third chapter is the analysis of marketing environment of ER company.This chapter mainly carries out the external and internal environment and SWOT analysis of ER company.Among them,the PEST analysis method and Porter's five force model were used.And through SWOT analysis,the ER company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats are analyzed in depth.On this basis,the ER company's strategic choices are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the ER company's STP strategic analysis,including the ER company's market segmentation,selection of target markets and market positioning.The fifth chapter is the analysis of ER company's marketing strategy.According to the current situation and existing problems of ER company's product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,it puts forward corresponding improvement measures.The sixth chapter is the implementation and protection of marketing strategy,including the company's organizational system,cultural construction and human resources in three aspects of safeguards to ensure that marketing strategies can be better implemented.It is hoped that this study will provide some reference and reference for the future development of ER's marketing strategy.
