Analysis And Application Study For Integration Of W Company's Supply Chain Based On ERP Platform

In recent years,with the rapid development of social information technology,enterprise networking is keeping pushing forward.The domestic manufacturing industry is confronted with the serious imbalance between the enterprise and the supply chain.With the customers' expectations for the product delivery date as well as the product and its additional services increasing higher,theenterprises must constantly improve the level of customer service and market response speed,at the same time,enterprises themselves will face huge operating cost pressure,many of them are beginning to realize that only by integrating internal and external supply chains and making continuous improvements can they gain a competitive advantage.It has become a strategic consensus for many manufacturing companies in domestic to establish a supply chain management type that is suitable for their own characteristics through information technology.This paper attempts to make an empirical study on the whole process of implementing the internal supply chain integration through successfully using erp system in a domestic high-tech manufacturing enterprise,and analyzes the supply chain design in each stage for the enterprise,at the same time,how to use the erp platform to build the enterprise integrated supply chain will be the focus of this paper.First of all,the current enterprise supply chain integration and erp related theory will be the theoretical basis of this paper;Then,it will make a systematic analysis of the actual situation for three times integration of the internal supply chain by using erpin w company,and afterwards,according to the research theory and the actual internal and external environment of w company,it makes a set of subsequent solutions of external supply chain integration for w company,that is,the 4th time supply chain integration scheme of w company.Finally,it explains the problems and contradictions encountered in the process of supply chain integration of w company,and put forward the corresponding safeguard measures from five aspects on infrastructure,capital investment,work flow,management system and data securitywhich can be used as a reference for other enterprises to implement supply chain construction.
