The Effect Of Information Technology Capability And Supply Chain Integration On Supply Chain Performance

Since the 18 th National Congress,the national economy has entered a new normal state,and economic growth has changed from high-speed development to high-speed development."Made in China 2025",also marks the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry to open the curtain,which promote the focus of the top ten areas,including agricultural equipment manufacturing.With the "one by one along the way" strategic planning,the national "thirteen five" plan introduced,"public entrepreneurship,innovation" slogan proposed to Xinjiang and other western provinces brought new opportunities for the development of the manufacturing industry.Xinjiang due to its special geographical factors make agriculture become the economic subject,but the economy is in a relatively backward state,in order to achieve the goal of Xinjiang's economic development by leaps and bounds,combined with the actual situation in Xinjiang,the development of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry is imperative.Agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is an important guarantee for agricultural modernization and the necessary prerequisite.But at present,the supply chain management on the agricultural machinery manufacturing industry supply chain performance of the actual role of the lack of empirical support research,the content is not concentrated.Moreover,in the field of supply chain management research,scholars pay more and more attention to the analysis of value ability,among which supply chain integration ability can maintain a high level of supply chain performance.Consolidate the competitive advantage of a powerful weapon.With the popularity of new means of information,it is imperative to study the important influence of information technology capability on supply chain performance.In this study,the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in Xinjiang was selected as the research object,and the research data were obtained by means of questionnaire survey.The data of 200 valid samples were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 as the statistical tools to explore the information technology and supply Chain integration for the supply chain performance to enhance the role of the mechanism,as well as supply chain integration in which the intermediary role,and summed up the following conclusions:First,information technology capabilities significantly affect supply chain performance.This mechanism not only includes the ability of information technology to directly promote the improvement of supply chain performance,but also through the sub-dimension IT system practices and human IT resources to positively affect the supply chain performance.But the other two dimensions of IT infrastructure and IT relationship assets have no significant impact on supply chain performance.Second,the supply chain integration and its dimensions have a significant positive impact on the improvement of supply chain performance.The two dimensions of internal integration and customer integration in supply chain integration have a significant positive impact on supply chain performance.Thirdly,the information technology ability and its dimensions are partially supported by the supply chain integration and its dimension.Fourth,supply chain integration is partly supported by the positive effect of information technology capability on the positive impact of supply chain performance.Internal integration and customer integration play a central role in the positive impact of information technology capabilities on supply chain performance,and the role of supplier integration in the role of information technology capabilities in supply chain performance is not established.Based on the above conclusions,this paper concludes that enterprises should shift from traditional single investment in information technology to attach importance to the overall capacity of information technology.The enhancement of information technology capability and the strengthening of supply chain integration.Strengthen the monitoring of all aspects.The results provide a reference and guidance for enterprise managers to improve supply chain performance through the improvement of information technology capability and supply chain integration.
