Study On The Issues Concerning Development Of The Rural Credit Cooperatives In Hunan Province

The sustained fastly development of China economy,however,the agriculture,the basis of the national economy,developed slowly.The government always focuses on the rural economy development,so taking many strategies successively,such as promoting the development integration of urban and rural,the construction of new socialist countryside.After reform and development year by year,rural financial economy has obtained many achievements.Rural credit cooperatives(RCCs),the mainstay of rural financial institutions,promotes the development of rural economy and rural finance greatly,which is the most active and the most abundant in the rural financial market.Although the rural credit cooperatives achieved good operating performance in recent years,there still exists many shortcomings and deficiencies from present stage of development of rural credit cooperatives in China.So it is necessary to research the problems existing in the development of China's rural credit cooperatives.This thesis firstly described the conditions for the development of RCCs in our country,and reviewed development status of RCCs in foreign country,meanwhile,pointed out the research idea?research methods?the paper innovation points and deficiencies,etc.Secondly,the essay expounded the various financial theory in the process of development of rural credit cooperatives,then combined the theory with the examples effectively with examples for the development status of RCCs in Hunan province and analyzed the causes of the RCCs development.Thirdly,as the comprehensive analysis of the foreign development pattern in rural cooperative financial,the study summarized the successful experiences in some developed countries.Finally,in view of the property right,corporate governance,regulatory system,market environment and financial innovation,the thesis provided some proposal to promote sustainable development of rural credit cooperatives.
