Research On Protecting The Rights And Interests Of Migrant Workers

Due to the existence of dual household registration system,migrant workers and the resulting rights and interests protection has been a hot topic in the domestic academic community.According to Marx,the key to social development lies in human development.The issue of migrant workers concerns social stability and national development.Migrant workers account for a considerable part of the vulnerable groups,but they are also an important force to promote China’s reform and development,contributing a great deal to China’s development and urbanization during the reform period.The dual status of migrant workers makes them on the edge of society and system.In the decisive period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the quality of life and development of migrant workers play a role in the process of social development,so China will put the problem of migrant workers in an important position.In different periods and on many occasions,the party’s state leaders have mentioned the migrant workers’ groups and the problems of migrant workers.The state has introduced a number of laws,policies and systems for different migrant workers’ groups to safeguard their legitimate interests.According to the monitoring report on all aspects of migrant workers issued by the National Bureau of statistics,the Ministry of human resources and social security and the office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on cybersecurity and information technology,starting from the questionnaire and unstructured interview,this paper makes a survey on migrant workers in some areas of Shandong Province.Combined with the data analysis,it can be concluded that the status of migrant workers is improving day by day and the rights and interests of migrant workers are guaranteed in general The body is good and the body is good.However,there are still four problems: the political rights and interests of migrant workers are damaged,the economic interests are infringed,the cultural andeducational security is missing,and the social security is insufficient.The analysis of the reasons is mainly due to the imperfection of the rights and interests protection system of migrant workers,the imperfection of social organizations-trade unions and the subjective limitations of migrant workers.In the face of the above situation,through the relevant rights and interests protection of employment,household registration,cultural education and social security system four angles of analysis;legal system of legal legislation,government law enforcement,judicial three angles of analysis;legal knowledge of Legal Popularization content and methods of analysis,find out the specific practice,truly and effectively increase the protection of migrant workers’ rights and interests And improve the status of migrant workers.
