Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Informatization Development In Jiang Hua County

In recent years,the central government attaches great importance to the development of agriculture is increasingly enhanced,constantly stressed the importance of "three rural" problems in agricultural development in our country,especially our country agricultural development mode is currently at a critical transition period,the growth of agricultural economy is an urgent need for new power,while the agricultural informatization is an important part of the national economy and society it just meets this condition.Therefore,it is the main way to solve the problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the process of building a new socialist countryside.The key task of informatization construction of agricultural development is to carry out the strategic planning of informatization.The strategy of agricultural information integration is to integrate the modern information technology,to develop and utilize the agricultural information resources,and to adapt to the organizational system.The degree of the choice of agricultural development information strategy is directly related to the development of modern agriculture.In this background,the integrated use of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,selecting Jiang Hua County in Yongzhou city of Hunan Province as the research object,problems and Countermeasures of the development of agricultural informatization of agriculture in Jiang Hua County,Jiang Hua county has conducted the research,on the one hand enrich the existing research results that makes up for the shortcomings of the existing research,on the other hand,provide guidance to the agricultural informatization construction in Jiang Hua county.The idea of this paper is as follows: firstly,the domestic and foreign literature reviews,summarizes the current research results on the construction of agricultural information related to the academic circles and the existing problems,and the construction of agricultural informatization related concepts and theoretical basis are introduced.Secondly,the use of field research data,based on the Jiang Hua County agricultural development situation analysis,using the SWOT analysis method of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats to the development of agricultural informatization in the county,on the base of analyzing the existing problems of agricultural informatization in Jiang Hua County,puts forward the corresponding policy proposal.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)in recent years,with the development of agricultural informatization in Jiang Hua County efforts continue to increase,and achieved certain results,the degree of agricultural informatization development gradually improved,through Jiang Hua County,the first second agricultural information sector output increased year by year can be reflected,also found that,in recent years in the research field,Jiang Hua County,more and more attention to the construction of science and technology power and reserve resources,in education,scientific research into more and more.(2)the development of county agricultural informatization has the advantages of good Jiang Hua,the foundation of economic development,the local government attaches great importance to science and technology advantages,disadvantages of agricultural information development and utilization rate is low,the agricultural information resource storage is not enough,the management and use of the ability of farmers to information and the lack of agricultural information professionals etc..(3)in order to improve the development level of agricultural informatization in Jiang Hua County,need perfecting rules and regulations,improve the service system,establishing the organization,the implementation of the development strategy of agricultural information,training of agricultural information service entity platform and large data center to build high-end talent,grasp the latest information technology.
