Operation Optimization For GET Company Shuttle Bus

The effect of the urbanization plan is outstanding,the scale of the city is expanding,the population is dense,the traffic is heavy,and the problem of separation of employees' occupation and residence is becoming more and more serious,which make the average working hours and travel distance of employees increase continuously.In this context,the employee shuttle service emerged as the times require,becoming an important mode of transportation for employees to and from work.While providing convenience for employees,there are some problems such as low level of vehicle operational management,unreasonable route planning,unscientific selection and configuration of class vehicles,rough scheme of arranging buses,low operating efficiency,waste of resources,rising cost and low satisfaction,which are the difficult problems for enterprise logistics service.The management of employee shuttle bus is one of the important contents of logistics service management in large and medium-sized enterprises.The introduction of scientific management decision-making method and means can help to improve the efficiency of operation,reduce the cost,and optimize the allocation of resources.It is helpful for managers to make scientific and reasonable management decisions.Based on the optimal decision theory,this paper makes an empirical study on the operation and management of GET employees' shuttle bus,classifies,collates and analyzes the data of road capacity,station distribution,number of passengers,vehicle transport specifications,etc.The shortest path model,0-1 integer programming model,pure integer programming model,exhaustive method and other mathematical and operational research decision-making methods are used to plan and solve the driving path,vehicle selection and scheduling scheme.It makes the scheduling decision of employee shuttle bus have theory,method,data and effect.To a certain extent,it shortens the running time of the shuttle bus,improves the utilization rate of the vehicle,reduces the travel time of the staff,and increases the satisfaction degree.Better management results have been obtained.The research results of this paper prove the importance,necessity and urgency of the theory guiding practice again.This paper can not only provide reference for enterprise managers,but also provide reference and guidance to on-site managers who are committed to promoting schools,communities or providing similar bus services.
