As one of China’s science and technology pillar industries,the telecommunication industry has great significance for its rapid development,economic growth,social progress,and enrichment of life.At present,China’s telecommunications industry has entered the 4G era of comprehensive competition.The mobile fixed network personal market is nearly saturated,and growth has entered the low-speed area.Under this market situation,as a high-value group customer market,it will become an important focus for communications operators to compete for.Cloud computing,as one of the most important innovative services in the communications carrier’s customer market,has driven tremendous growth in the mobile operator’s mobile and fixed network services,and has become an important market for operators to bring scale revenue." Wocloud " is a cloud computing business brand owned by China Unicom.Gansu Unicom’s Wocloud business started late and its business promotion is not yet mature.Therefore,choosing the right marketing strategy and guiding sales practices with the correct marketing ideas is crucial to the rapid and sound development of Gansu Unicom’s Wocloud business.It is of great practical significance to share the share of customer market informatization and increase the overall competitiveness of the market.This article takes the marketing of Gansu Unicom’s Wocloud business as a research sample,addresses problems and insufficiency in the marketing and marketing management of Gansu Unicom’s Wocloud business,uses management related theories and research tools as well as my own practical experience in company management and operation,Exploring a well-established marketing strategy for Gansu Unicom’s Wocloud business.This article first uses PEST analysis method and Porter’s five-force model to conduct multi-angle analysis of marketing environment of Wocloud ’s business of Gansu Unicom,and points out the opportunities,threats,advantages,and disadvantages of Gansu Unicom’s development of Wocloud ’s business through SWOT analysis;The status quo of Gansu Unicom’s Wocloud business and marketing was analyzed and researched.The problems in the current Wocloud business marketing development were pointed out,and the issues were analyzed and analyzed.Again,combined with the STP marketing theory,the Gansu Unicom Wocloud business was marketed.Positioning analysis;Finally,based on the existing problems and in combination with the status quo,using the 7Ps marketing mix theory,formulate the marketing development strategy for Gansu Unicom’s Wocloud business from the seven dimensions of product,price,promotion,channel,personnel,process and type display.This article has realistic guiding significance for the development of Wocloud business of Gansu Unicom,and has certain reference significance for the development of the Cloud computing business in the telecom industry.
