Through the Potter five competitive forces model to analyze industry environment of Gansu Unicom in3G era. Mainly from the management condition of competitors, potential access operation situation, the threat of substitutes, the space of customer bargains and the ability of suppliers bargaining, to analyze. The analysis to the Gansu Unicom’s internal environment mainly carries on the analysis from the aspects of3G services and products,3G marketing, enterprise human resources situation, customer relationship management.
