| In recent years,with the further deepening of economic globalization,the traditional banking business has been unable to meet market demand.International business,which with its low risk and high profit,become the focus of banks’ competing business.Agricultural Development Bank of China Jiangxi Branch also treed the international business as an essential part of its development strategy,while to better implement the China’s “Belt and Road” strategy,and support agricultural enterprises expand their import and export volume,and serve agricultural capital investment.Based on the theme of how China’s agricultural policy bank manages their international business,this article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment,and summed up the problems existing in the international business of ADBC Jiangxi Branch.At the same time,this paper analysis the bank’s current situation and made a SWOT study to build a SWOT matrix.Based on the above analysis,the paper have formulated the strategic objectives for the development of international business,and then formulated business expansion strategies in terms of trade financing,external guarantees,and Cross-border RMB.The paper has formulated business marketing strategies in terms of prices,products,channels and promotions,from the promotion of domestic and foreign currencies.The paper have formulated business management strategies in areas such as integrated operations and the addition of department,with a view to providing ideas and methods that can be used for reference in the international business of ADBC Jiangxi Branch.Finally,the article discusses safeguard measures for implementing strategies from the perspectives of risk prevention,human resources management,and digital construction. |
