Shenzhen Romoss Technology Co.,Ltd was established in 2012.its own-brand Romoss power bank total sales volume over 50 million in just 6 years and keeps the leading place in power bank category of Taobao and Tmall.However,marketing competition becomes increasingly tense due to the globalization of the economic,the maturation of the internet and the publicity,transparency of the product and service,the speedy and convenient of the trade.In order to be more competitive,Romoss put forward to introduce the Amoeba business strategic tentative plan within the company.Amoeba Management Mode was first raised by San Japan business,Kazuo Inamori.The main concept is that to divide the company into small business units and get involved in competition by independent operation and accounting as a virtual property organization,which can both keep the large scale of big company and maintain the flexibility of small company to increase the market competition ability and realize sustainable of the company.This research studied along the ideas of problem-posing,problem-analyzing,problem-solving.First of all,this paper analyzes the current operating status of Romoss in management mode,competition environment,sales performance,and operational examining.Then to analyze the existing problems of the company's operation in operation costs,system processes,performance appraisal and ideal consciousness.Step further to probe into the reason of these problems which can be summed up in the mismatching of the organization and development,the disunity of the management mode and objectives,the incomplete KPI together with the unsettled performance incentives.Next,build the Romoss Amoeba management mode by clarifying the construction thinking of Amoeba management mode from five aspects: Amoeba organization division,Amoeba business objective setting,Amoeba process management,Amoeba business accounting,Amoeba business performance assessment and incentives.Setting up the Amoeba and non-Amoeba department by Amoeba organization divide.Defining the company overall objectives and Amoeba management objectives by Amoeba management objective setting.Determining internal transfer pricing,comprehensive cost budget,cost allocation by Amoeba process management.in order to make clear the income and expenses of the Amoeba department.Performing the process management and achieving full participation in management through Amoeba business accounting by the means of publishing the business status of each Amoeba unit per day in management accounting approach.Establishing the relationship of workingachievements and job payment by Amoeba business assessment and incentive to motivate the continuous improvements of the employers.At last,to carry the highlight explanation of the Amoeba management mode in the step of preparation,implementation of priorities and implementation difficulties during the implementation aspects.Hope the research can provide reference significance to the development of private enterprises and the developing independent brand small and medium size internet companies in China.
