The Research And Application Of Amoeba Business Model In Technical Cooperation Project Management Of F Company

F Company is a comprehensive and state-owned and baijiu manufacturer in Sichuan Province,which integrates production,sales and scientific research.At the end of 2012,because of the overall decline in the liquor industry,the sales performance of F Company showed a precipitous decline.Companies have been facing rising production of costs,sales decline,shrinking marketing space,pressure of capital shortage.The enterprise accounting mechanism and management idea are out of touch with the market,the whole profit shrinks seriously,and the whole hematopoietic function of F company are not enough,which exposes the weak links and deep problems in the production and management.In order to adapt to the rapid and changeable of marketing,seize the opportunity,dealing the current crisis,In 2015,F company formally decided to fully implement the amoeba business model.At the same time,under the guidance of amoeba's management concept,F company adjusts the management strategy,aiming at low marketing outside the province,less than 100 million yuan in sales volume,and high market cost.Most of the low-grade liquors are in the state of little profit,so they actively explore and expand their new foreign business,and decide to implement the technical cooperation project at the end of 2016.Since 2010,the study of amoeba business model in China has entered a period of rapid development,among which the study of amoeba management theory is mostly focused on the study of amoeba management philosophy,but the amoeba business practice application research is still insufficient.The application of amoeba business model in project management is not only literature,practical experience.This paper aims to explore the application of amoeba business model in the management of technical cooperation project in F Company,and applies the method of combining literature research with case study.This paper summarizes the theoretical research results and experience of amoeba management model in China from 2010 to now,and combines with the construction scheme and implementation outline of amoeba management system in F Company.Through the elaboration of the internal relations between the amoeba management and project management,the advanced concept and operation methods of amoeba management are integrated into the daily project management.The multidimensional systematic establishment of the "amoeba cooperation project" with the management characteristics of amoeba has been carried out.,and select the L project which the author manages personally as the application pilot of the theoretical model,adjust and optimize the theoretical model in the actual work,Combined with the practical application effect of L project,this paper briefly discusses the applicable conditions and advantages and disadvantages of amoeba management model,in order to provide the concrete application path of amoeba model for similar enterprises and projects.The application of amoeba model in the technical cooperation project of F Company is not only conducive to the synergistic development of amoeba management theory and project management theory,but also enriches the practical research experience.Moreover,it is beneficial to the success of amoeba,cultivate and enhance the management consciousness of the personnel project,stabilize the core talents of F company,reduce the cost and increase efficiency,and create profits and benefits for F company.It has important value and significance for the future development of F company.
