With the development of E-commerce and modern logistics industry,a large number of scholars engaged in research on improving the management efficiency of warehousing industry,put forward a lot of excellent method for warehouse management,provide guidance for optimization of storage location assignment and picking.However,these guiding methods are mainly focused on the optimization of modern intelligent warehouse system,and there is no practical guidance method for the traditional labor intensive warehouse system which is fail behind the modern technique.In this paper,through the analysis of warehouse operation and management situation of Qingzhou tobacco company,we find out the existing problems for qualitative analysis,and put forward the optimization principle of demand frequency,correlation and storage capacity.According to the actual data of warehouse management,the tobacco demand frequency,correlation and storage capacity are calculated.,and the family classification of tobacco grade set according to the calculated results.According to the classification,the multi-objective assignment optimization model established with the optimization principle.Finally,the MATLAB genetic algorithm is used to simulate the simulation,and the satisfactory optimization results are obtained,and the feasibility of the research method is verified..This paper puts forward the optimization model and warehouse management suggestions hoping to provide a reference for the assignment and warehouse management. |
