Research On Logistics Development Of Agricultural And Pastoral Areas In Tibet Border

Agriculture and animal husbandry are the basic industries for Tibetan people.The healthy development of the economy in agriculture,animal husbandry,and farming and pastoral areas is related to the social stability and security of Tibet as a whole.In recent years,the economy of Tibet's agricultural and pastoral areas has been rapidly developed,and the construction of New Countryside(pastoral)villages has been carried out smoothly,which has effectively promoted the increase of farmers and herdsmen's income.However,from the overall situation,the vast agro-pastoral areas in our region are still in a state of poverty.In particular,the task of eliminating poverty among farmers and herdsmen in the border areas in Tibet is arduous.It is difficult to get rid of poverty,and the disparity between urban and rural areas continues to widen.There are many factors that cause this kind of situation,but the poor circulation of agricultural and livestock products and the lack of supplies in the farming and pastoral areas are one of the important reasons.The main manifestations are the low circulation efficiency of agricultural and livestock products,high circulation loss,and high circulation costs,while agricultural and livestock products The lag in logistics management and technology development has become a major factor affecting the circulation of agricultural and livestock products.At the same time,due to the slow development of logistics in agricultural and pastoral areas,the lack of daily life materials in farming and pastoral areas,especially the difficult circulation of farmers and herdsmen in border areas,has affected the agricultural and animal husbandry,district economic and social development.Therefore,vigorously developing logistics in agriculture and pastoral areas is an important measure to solve the contradiction between the import and export of agricultural and pastoral areas.It is an important way to help farmers and herdsmen to increase their incomes and to become rich.It is also the key to promoting the construction of a new socialist new village in Tibet.Based on the above background and practical problems,based on modern logistics related theories,Chentang Town ofDingjie County is the object of actual investigation and follows the principle of combining theory with practice.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign rural logistics research.The development characteristics and actual conditions of the logistics in the township's farming and pastoral areas are proposed to develop the logistics development in the border agriculture and pastoral areas in our region.This article is mainly divided into two parts: introduction and main body.The introduction partly expounds the background,significance and purpose of the rural logistics system in our district,the status quo of related research at home and abroad,the research framework and research content of this paper,the research methods used in the paper,and possible innovations.The main part of the text starts with the definition of logistics-related concepts in rural areas(or agricultural and pastoral areas)and the theories adopted in this paper.It analyzes the geographical distribution of logistics,economic development,logistics infrastructure construction,logistics development status,and the impact of logistics on economic and social development in Chentang Town.This paper sums up the main problems in the logistics development of Chentang township agricultural and pastoral areas.This article from four aspects: backward logistics infrastructure,asymmetrical “bidirectional” logistics services,lax logistics process supervision,and lack of logistics development planning in agricultural and pastoral areas.Point out the special problems in the logistics development in Chentang Town.Taking advantage of the more mature rural logistics development models at home and abroad,combined with the existing resource endowments of Chentang Township,it is proposed that the development of logistics in the farming and pastoral areas should achieve the development of transportation ahead of schedule,and the integration of operational logistics services and public welfare logistics services should be encouraged to encourage agro-pastoralism.District Logistics develops the “Terminal concurrently” and “A multi-purpose network” development model,strengthens the construction of logistics supply chain,improves the efficiency of logistics services in the agricultural and pastoral areas,and the logistics development in the farming and pastoral areas can take advantage of the development of the international logistics park and other development ideas.The logistics development of the border farming and pastoral areas with Chentang Town as a typical example has provided experience for the development of logistics in the border agricultural and pastoral areas of our region.
