The Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Spatical Development Quality Of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration

At present,Under the background of the global economic globalization and development of China’s new normal urban transformation,the urban agglomeration which is the main unit of China to participate in global competition and the main form to accelerate the new urbanization,has become the Important strategic space to Implement internal and external development as a whole.Now days,the urbanization rate of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration reached 60.4%,the population reached 30.871 million people,the total economy reached 1726.515 billion yuan,that means Wuhan Urban Agglomeration is between the rapid development stage and the mature stage of the transition stage.Therefore,from the extension-based,connotation-based development model to the connotation and denotation complementary development model,Increasing quantity and quality is the urgent question of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration.So,This paper takes 39 spatial units which divided on the basis of the county(district)administrative boundaries in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration as the research object,and the "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems" research method revealing the characteristics of the spatial development quality of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration.The main content of this article is divided into three parts.In the first part,Based on the "performance" concept,from the connotation of the quality of urban agglomeration development,divided the quality of urban agglomeration development dimension to Space structure performance,Space economic performance,Space facility performance and Space environment performance four parts.And on this basis,Layer by layer,Identified 10 feature layers and 23 index layers,constructed the "dimension layer-factor layer-index layer" measure system.In the Second part,from the overall evaluation and factor evaluation Respectively evaluated the Development Quality of Wuhan City Circle Space.Among them,he overall evaluation based on the quality regional differentiation characteristics,summarizes the spatial development of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration has overall low level,prominent core edge character,regional differentiation characteristic,etc.The evaluation of the factors is based on the overall characteristics,evaluates 10 factors such as urban scale,correlation intensity,economic development level and ecological construction level from the aspects of developmental characteristics,internal differences and spatial distribution characteristics.We find the lack of county space,the quality of economic industry isomorphism,the low level of public facilities and the weak ecological environment problems influenced of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration space development quality improved.The last part,Through the previous research,this paper puts forward strategies from Spatial coordination,Industrial linkage,Facilities improved and Environment optimization four parts to enhance the overall space development quality of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration.Promote Wuhan Urban Agglomeration spatial structure network development,economic cluster development,facilities quality development,environmental connotive development.
