With the development of the economy,the demand for the fast food were increased year by year,and the confectionery market has become more and more prosperous at home and abroad.By the rapid development of science and technology and the deepening of globalization,the transaction of raw materials is more convenient and frequent.This has created convenient conditions for multinational companies to enter markets around the world,and it also exacerbated competition in the domestic market.Foreign manufacturers have dominated the consumer market with the advantage of technology and cost,which has squeezed the market share of domestic manufacturers.In the face of competitive pressure from foreign manufacturers,domestic manufacturers can only make breakthroughs in marketing strategies in order to increase their market share.Combining with Kazakhstan candy consumption market development background,the "Bayan Sulu" candy company marketing present situation has carried on the investigation and study.Based on PEST analysis model,"five forces" model,SWOT analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the marketing status of "Bayan Sulu" candy company.hen,this paper gives the marketing strategy Suggestions in four aspects: product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.Finally,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to implement the effective implementation of marketing strategy.It is believed that this research conclusion will help "Bayan Sulu" candy company to improve its marketing strategy and expand market share,which can also be used for reference for similar enterprises in China.
