Bayan county is one of the national commodity grain production counties, however, with the continuous development of economy, the cultivated land non-agricultural too fast, leading to the source of the problem is that people ignore the non-market value of cultivated land resources, to recognize the non-market value of cultivated land resources, in order to easy for people to accept the "monetization symbol" for its scientific measurement, be included in the cost accounting system of cultivated land resources, considering the importance of protection of farmland from the Angle of economic efficiency.In this paper, Bayan major grain producing areas of the study area, select the experimental method and the integrated approach based on non-arable land resources in the study area is calculated on the market value, based on the choice of the experimental method, using STATA11.0software survey data for statistical analysis Research on cognition residents of non-market value of cultivated land resources, the application of multivariate statistical analysis model Losit (MNL) and Mixed Logit comparative analysis of the survey results to determine the parameter estimates, the study area residents to explore awareness of non-market value of cultivated land resources preferences and possible sources of heterogeneity, and the factors that affect the residents’ willingness to pay zero for analysis; based synthesis method, using an objective perspective of ecological economics, respectively, using an alternative method, shadow prices and other factors and equivalent method has the arable land resources social and ecological externalities non-market value estimates.
