With the improvement of living standards,Chinese increase in disposable income,consumption concept changes and demand to travel abroad increased,the number of China residents in neighboring Kazakhstan tourism growing in the field of cooperation between the two countries,the tourism industry has gradually become the most important industry,has become more and more important to study tourism between the two countries.However,most of the studies in China and Kazakhstan have focused on the trade and natural resources of the two countries,and there are few studies on the development and marketing strategies of Kazakhstan tourism.In this case,it is very important to study the marketing strategy of Kazakhstan tourism.In this thesis,China's tourist market as an example,the theory combined with reality,Kazakhstan inbound tourism marketing strategy is studied.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the selected topic background and the research,summarizes the research from three aspects of marketing strategy,tourism marketing theory and marketing practice of Kazakhstan international tourism at home and abroad,the proposed research method and technology route,solve key problems;then analyzes the present situation of Kazakhstan inbound tourism marketing,including the presence of Kazakhstan's natural and cultural tourism resources,tourism development and tourism marketing problems;the Chinese tourist market analysis,including the analysis and investigation of customer needs China tour SWOT analysis,Chinese tourist market segmentation and Chinese tourist market positioning,in the analysis of the demand of tourists by Chinese survey the related statistical methods have been and has not been to Kazakhstan tourism China residents of Kazakhstan Tourism.The perception is analyzed,including independent sample test,factor analysis and variance analysis;after the use of the theory from the product,price,channel,promotion,service in this regard for the Chinese tourist market in Kazakhstan inbound tourism marketing strategy;finally,to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy of Kazakhstan tourism put forward proposals and make a summary and Prospect of this thesis.
