In the modern enterprise management concept,the flat reform of enterprise organizational structure is the most obvious trend,and the downsizing of the management layer in the enterprise has become a new direction of enterprise management.The traditional pyramid organizational structure due to pipe in the level is too small,too level,redundant personnel and other issues,and result in the idle of human resources within the organization and employee initiative is low,and the influence on enterprise's market competitiveness,over time,influence of enterprise in the market and customers will also be discounted,finally its development will be difficult to meet the demand of customers and the growth of the market economy.To long-term survival in the economic competition in the market and in an impregnable position in the commercial Banks,the first is to do a good job of bank employees in organization management,optimize allocation of human resource,operation and management of the organization's internal staff more seriously,most powerful human resources and fundamentally improve the core competitiveness of commercial Banks in the economic market.L bank as in recent years the rise of a typical local commercial Banks,in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market economy,to be in the invincible position for a long time,the most fundamental is to through the bank of L has promoted the quality of employees and management configuration optimization,improve the efficiency of the staff management,thus L Banks in the market competitiveness and influence.L Banks after the reform of organization structure,not the corresponding staff management optimization,in this paper,by analyzing the status quo,L the bank employee management found some problems in staff management,the existing organizational structure does not form a complete set with the bank,did not reflect the advantages and characteristics of flat structure.After the staff management to optimize the necessity analysis,this paper formulated the corresponding optimization design train of thought,from the institutional setup and personnel recruitment,staff training,performance appraisal,compensation management,employee promotion mechanism and so on self-construal type for L bank employee management to design the corresponding optimization scheme,eventually reach to create positions of scientific allocation revitalize the stock of human resources,optimize allocation of human resources,improve the organizational efficiency and management benefit,achieve the goal of strengthen the key competitiveness of the market.
