Research On Relationship Between Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group's Responsibility For Society And Its Performance

China's existing corporate social responsibility evaluation system is not complete,and the enterprise's awareness of the voluntary implementation of social responsibility is still weak.Before 2008,because of the existence of China's food quality exemption system,most domestic dairy products were exempted from inspection.It was only in 2008 when the melamine scandal broke that the government began to refocus on the safety of domestic dairy products.In order to eliminate its negative influence,dairy enterprises begin to seek other solutions while strictly enforcing the quality of products.Taking the initiative to assume social responsibility,while satisfying the demands of other stakeholders,it can also improve the trust of consumers to enterprises and gradually be accepted by domestic dairy enterprises.Prove that enterprises to perform social responsibility has driven to its financial performance,can further improve the enthusiasm of the enterprise bear the social responsibility,while improve enterprise performance,stakeholder demands are met,also can create more social value.Therefore,it is of great significance for the sustainable development of the entire economic society to study the causes of social responsibility and to study its impact on enterprise performance.This paper selects Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group as the research object and USES the stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis to analyze the strategies of enterprises in taking social responsibility through game analysis.In combination with the actual situation of yili shares,the reasons for social responsibility are analyzed: first,to satisfy the demands of stakeholders,and to improve the image of the enterprise itself;Secondly,the EVA value assessment method and traditional financial indicators are used to evaluate the enterprise performance.In combination with the social responsibility of Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group in recent years,the following conclusions are drawn: The social responsibility of yili is a kind of multi-win behavior,and it is proved that social responsibility is the sustainable development path for enterprises to choose.
