With the implementation of the “Made in China 2025” strategy,the innovation consciousness of enterprises has gradually increased.In order to gain a foothold in the market,all walks of life are undergoing continuous reform and innovation.However,due to the complexity and uncertainty of innovation activities,it is difficult for enterprises to meet market needs only by relying on their own technology and resources.In this environment,more and more enterprises begin to seek external resources in the supply chain network,and how to effectively acquire the resources needed for innovation activities from cooperative partner in the supply chain to improve innovation capability has become the key which enterprises obtain the competitive advantage.Therefore,exploring the influence of relationship capital on innovation performance and the mediating role of supply chain integration can not only help enterprises directly improve the innovation performance through the relationship capital in the supply chain,but also indirectly improve the innovation performance through supply chain integration.The paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the future development of enterprises innovation capability.Based on this,this paper firstly reviewed the relevant research literatures on relationship capital,supply chain integration and innovation performance based on relevant theoretical basis.By summarizing the deficiencies of previous literature,it proposes the conceptual models and hypotheses about the impact of relationship capital and supply chain integration on innovation performance.Secondly,combined with the purpose of this paper,and referred to the domestic and foreign mature scale,the scales for relationship capital,supply chain integration and innovation performance were separately compiled,and the scales were revised through pretest to ensure the reliability and validity.Thirdly,through the analysis of reliability and validity of large sample data,IV this paper established the structural equation model of relationship capital,supply chainintegration and innovation performance,and used empirical methods to analyze the mechanism of supplier relationship capital,internal relationship capital and customer relationship capital on innovation performance from the perspective of supply chain.And supply chain integration was used as an entry point,the mediating role of supplier integration,internal integration and customer integration in the impact of relational capital on innovation performance were discussed separately.The main conclusions of this paper are drawn:Firstly,supplier relationship capital,internal relationship capital and customer relationship capital all positively promote innovation performance.Secondly,supplier relationship capital and internal relationship capital all positively promote supplier integration.While customer relationship capital has no significant effect on supplier integration;supplier relationship capital,internal relationship capital and customer relationship capital all positively promote internal integration;internal relationship capital,customer relationship capital all positively promote customer integration.While supplier relationship capital has no significant effect on customer integration.Thirdly,supplier integration,internal integration,and customer integration all positively promote innovation performance.Fourth,supplier integration has a partial intermediary role in the influence of supplier relationship capital and internal relationship capital on innovation performance,and it has no intermediary role in the influence of customer relationship capital on innovation performance;internal integration has a partial intermediary role in the influence of supplier relationship capital,internal relationship capital and customer relationship capital on innovation performance;customer integration has a partial intermediary role in the influence of internal relationship capital and customer relationship capital on innovation performance,and it has no intermediary role in the influence of supplier relationship capital on innovation performance.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions based on the above research conclusions,and provides new evidence and ideas for enterprises to improve their innovation performance...
