Knowledge Integration And Innovation Performance Of Structural Equation Model

In today’s rapidly fierce competition environment, the competition between the enterprises become more and more fierce, enterprises should take the initiative to predict the future. The competitive advantage of enterprises is no longer the possession of scarce resource, innovation become a subject that enterprises have to face. Only innovation can make enterprises to get sustainable competitive advantage, to build the success of the enterprise.However, how to integrate and manage knowledge is especially important, integration of knowledge rather the knowledge itself than the source of innovation.Therefore, how to help enterprises to improve the innovation performance of the enterprise, knowledge integration has become the problem concerned by enterprises.In this social environment, I read a lot of enterprise knowledge integration, enterprise innovation performance of related literature, a review of the related research has carried on the system, and compared the existing research results and classified, put forward the further research space, provide a basis for further research of this paper.In this paper, literature research, questionnaire and quantitative analysis are used.The author make the enterprises of hubei province, Beijing and yunnan province as the research object, with the relationship between enterprise knowledge integration and innovation performance as the research subject.On the basis of reference of domestic and foreign literature, proposed knowledge integration capability, knowledge integration effects and Innovation Performance research framework.Ability to integrate knowledge, knowledge integration and innovation performance results conducted empirical research, I propose seven hypotheses.Through questionnaires grassroots approach to corporate staff, middle and senior managers to collect data, to obtain231valid questionnaires, the results in order to verify the knowledge integration and enterprise innovation performance. Aims to help enterprises to improve innovation performance of enterprises, improve the success rate of innovation, gain lasting competitive advantage.This work and its conclusions are mainly the following aspects:First, refers to the previous academic research conclusion and modify the preliminary investigation questionnaire, obtained enterprise knowledge integration capability, enterprise knowledge integration effects and innovative performance scale.Second, through structural equation modeling to verify the proposed model. Ability to integrate knowledge obtained knowledge of the enterprise integration effects and innovation performance has a direct positive impact; knowledge integration results in the ability to integrate knowledge and innovation performance as a bridge between.Third,after analysis the231valid questionnaires,7hypotheses have been verified.The results show that systematic skills, collaboration skills, socialization capabilities on innovative performance play a direct positive impact; systematic skills, collaboration skills, socialization, the ability to integrate knowledge play a direct positive impact on results; knowledge integration innovation performance of enterprises play a direct positive impact.
