In recent years,the recovery of the world economy is weak,China's economic growth has slowed down,the growth rate has changed from the past high-speed to middle and high speed,the economic structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded,innovation driven has become the direction of economic growth dynamic development,and gradually replaced the past factor driven and investment driven.China has made unprecedented achievements in the development of China's market economy,with the development of the times changing with each passing day.The competition among enterprises is the competition of human resources,human resources are being paid more and more attention to by more and more enterprises,and the focus of competition between enterprises is constantly tilted to the level of human resources.There are many methods of human resource management,performance assessment is an important means.The use of good can effectively improve the work enthusiasm and performance level of the employees,so that the core competitiveness of the enterprise is constantly improved.For the research object of this paper,Bank of Communications Ltd SX branch,in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,we should pay special attention to all aspects of the performance appraisal system,especially the good experience in performance management and assessment,and make up for the advantages of the company.The performance appraisal system is more consistent with the company's reality and plays a role in ensuring and promoting the healthy development of the company.In order to improve the teller performance appraisal system which is in linewith the actual situation of SX branch of the Bank of communications,this paper is based on the basic writing idea of putting forward,analyzing and solving the problems.It combines the methods of questionnaire survey,case study and inductive analysis to sort out the current situation of the performance assessment of the teller and carries out the existing problems.A comprehensive discussion.The performance appraisal system of teller at SX branch of the Bank of communications is in memory of the problem that the ratio of assessment indicators can not be formulated according to the job responsibilities.The system should be adjusted according to the detailed job responsibilities.The content of the assessment index is not matched with the development situation of the banking industry,so the whole product valuation index should be included in the assessment index.Standard scope;the age of the evaluation of the evaluation of the assessment method solidified,it is necessary to comprehensively apply the balanced scorecard method to improve the performance assessment ability;assessment of the internal error of the organization leads to the lack of assessment fairness,it is urgent to improve the internal system of the organization to maximize the assessment of fairness;after the assessment system is implemented,assessment results are carried out.When the feedback and communication mechanism of fruit is not sound,the evaluation organization should improve the feedback efficiency and refine the communication process.At the same time,after the implementation of the reduction policy of the cabinet,the assessment organization should actively adjust the promotion channel and the career development direction of the teller.Although there are many researches on performance assessment at present,the literature on the performance assessment of the SX branch of the Bank of communications is short,and the research perspective of this paper is new.Secondly,this paper does not simply explain the theory of performanceassessment,but combines theoretical research with practical research,and strives to achieve more realistic background of enterprise performance assessment in the field of research,and select specific cases to carry out in-depth analysis to better improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the research conclusion.The difficulty of the research lies in the determination of the content of the SX branch of the Bank of communications,which requires not only the collection of various data and various documents,but also the dynamic tracking of the change of the change of the teller.Although the branches are based on the performance appraisal system and the whole performance appraisal system established by SX branch,they also have their own assessment characteristics.Based on the theoretical basis and research results of human resource management,this paper aims at the overall status of the performance assessment of the SX branch of the Bank of communications,analyzes the practical problems and puts forward some effective and effective strategies for the performance appraisal system.
