Research On R&D Project Management For Diesel Locomotive Of QS Company

R&D and innovation capacity are very important to manufacturing industry in China,and they are also critical drivers to realize strategic targets in Made in China 2025.The competition in rail transit enterprises is becoming more and more intensified.Many rail transit enterprises have impeccable R&D project management.IRIS certification system has been accepted in railway supply chain in the world.Many enterprises have certificated this system in China,but some of them don't do as requirements in the system.In this article,we want to recognize and describe problems in one project in the base of R&D project management pattern of QS company.We use the knowledge of R&D project management to solve these problems.First,we introduce the general situation and R&D project management of QS company.We also introduce the SDA2 project background and running state in detail.We list problems of requirement,schedule,quality and cost in this project,use Expert Grading Method to choose the most important problems and analyze them.Second,we introduce the development history of project management,R&D project management,risk management,schedule management and quality management.We also introduce some management technology and methods for project management.We use the knowledge of R&D project management to analyze the problems in our project,deeply analyze the requirement management,technology risk management,schedule management and quality management.Third,we use the research achievement of project management to propose the solutions.On the one hand,we propose some concrete measures,for example,business consulting,market research,recognize technical risk,making a project plan,making WBS,Gantt chart,establishing a communication mechanism and so on.On the other hand,the enterprise can construct WSR system,include regulate the design process,complete the team.Only by doing this,can we guaranteed the successful implementation of the whole project.
