Study On The Problems And Improving Measures Of Tourism Public Service In Dongguan City

With the boom in the all-for-one tourism and the mass consumption,the vital function of tourism public service has become more and more obvious.In March 2017,the National Tourism Administration released the second five-year plan“the 13 th Five-Year Plan for tourism public service ".Our country's tourism public service turing into a good condition.Based on the analysis of the current situation,the construction of tourism public service system in Dong Guang city,study the problems and difficulties of the system,the inprove proposals for the construction of the tourism public service system in Dong Guang city,have been divide into 5 part: tourist traffic,tourism public information,the convenience for the tourist,tourist safety,tourism administration,so as to provide references for department's decision.The main contents of this thesis can be summarized as follows.First,the analysis about current situation of tourism public service in Dong Guang city.Through literature analysis and field research,this paper study the development of tourism public service system in Dong Guang city.The analysis conclude from 5 parts:security,traffic,information,administration and the convenience for the tourist;Besides,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the situation.Second,summarize 4 primary problems from the system(The lack of system plans and standards which suit the actual situation of Dong Guang city,tourism public information development lags behind,inadequate facilities,tourist safety and convenient measures did not meet the demand of the public),and analyzing the reasons.Third,the opportunities: including the favorable strategic decision coming one after another,the invention of government's function,"integration of the pearl river delta",and the development of science and technology.Finally,the improve countermeasures and safeguard measures for the tourism public service system of Dong Guang city.Analysis the basic principles,improve countermeasures and safeguard measures.
