Until 2010.Textile garment industry is the major industry of China in past 20 years.Which already provide huge quantity workers jobs.At this situation.China has become the biggest garment produce and consume country.However.It is still not strong garment country.OEM still is the main process to join in world garment industry.Stay at the bottom of“SMILE CURE” Which means Factory could only earn the lowest CM part.Biggest benefits of garment industry still focus in Design,Innovation.Logistic and Sales process which still hold in foreign brand.Most of domestic factory has no own Brand and tech advance.Group D face the same dilemma.Based on this background,Article introduce background and meaning in introduction.And describe Garment OEM industry and Garment D Group problems through self experience and investigate to find out actual problems.In the past ten years.Demographic dividend is the main reason to have cost advantage.But with the Southeast Asia and India garment development.Compare with these countries.We have no more any cost advantage.The main production capacity still focused on OEM orders result in low benefit.Several OEM customers occupy main capacity lead to rely on them.The domestic brand still couldn't support group factory capacity and benefits,Factory competitive is still low.Through the relevant theory to analyze internal and external cause,At last provide solve plan based on management,brand,technology methods: Optimize current order and Launch MTM project.Increase domestic market share.Implement digital and intelligence factory.Finally get conclusion help Group D to solve dilemma.Not only has guiding significance for enterprise.It also provides some practical inspiration to Chinese garment OEM enterprise how to choose development plan.
