Research On Development Strategy Of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology For Textile And Garment Enterprise In China

Intelligent manufacturing is one of the five major projects of“ Made in China 2025”,and has become an important starting point for the transformation and upgrading of the textile and garment industry.Textile and garment industry is a traditional pillar industry in our country.The enterprises with strong strength in the industry have successfully transformed and upgraded through intelligent manufacturing technology,and other enterprises have emulated them.But some enterprises are blinded when they develop intelligent manufacturing technology.In view of the above problems,this paper takes Ruyi group as an example,based on the maturity model of intelligent manufacturing capability,from three dimensions of system level,intelligence and manufacturing,to evaluate the development level of intelligent manufacturing of Ruyi group.In addition,according to the evaluation results,this paper summarizes the experience of the development of intelligent manufacturing technology in two aspects:intelligent maintenance and manufacturing dimension,so as to provide references for other enterprises to develop intelligent manufacturing.This paper suggests that China's textile and garment enterprises should formulate corresponding development plans and set up special development funds.With the gradual integration of information,enterprises should pay attention to compliance with the technical standards and industry standards formulated by the industry to prevent the incompatibility of equipment in interaction.At the same time,enterprises should actively cooperate with schools to cultivate talents suitable for their own development characteristics,especially those in big data,industrial Internet and Internet of things.In addition,in order to increase R & D capability,we should cooperate with other enterprises,establish R & D alliance and share R & D results.Finally,textile and garment enterprises should choose the right path according to their own development goals,and develop intelligent products.Only in this way can we better develop intelligent manufacturing technology and achieve better transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
