As an important sector of the national economy and social development and advancedmodes of transportation,China’s aviation industry with the development of the national economy and continue to grow and develop.According to the industry development statistics bulletin,China’s civil aviation industry in 2016 to complete the transport of the total turnover of 96.251 billion tons,the completion of passenger transport volume of 487.96 million passengers,the number of planes in the aircraft 2950,the industry to achieve operating income of 639.3 billion yuan,the main transport indicators to maintain Steady and rapid growth.Aviation maintenance is an important factor affecting aviation operations punctuality and safety,and an important part of the airline’s operating costs.Aircraft maintenance costs accounted for 10%-20% of the total cost of the airline,from the Civil Aviation Administration of the industry analysis data show that the current domestic airlines for aircraft maintenance costs each year more than 2 billion US dollars.In this paper,the object A is a company to develop aircraft maintenance and related accessories mechanical test equipment consisting mainly of technology-intensive enterprises.Along with the "big three(Air China,China Southern Airlines,China Eastern Airlines)" as the main body of China’s civil aviation industry will gradually tend to turn inward accessory to undertake repair business,while gradually increased pressure from competitors,A company’s main business has been a significant impact.A company how to survive in harsh external environments as well as continue to develop problem solving of this paper.In this paper,the PEST analysis method,the Porter five force model and the Boston matrix are used to analyze the internal and external environment and the company’s products.Then,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the opportunities and threats of the A company’s external opportunities.Select the best strategy on this basis,that is centralized and gradually differentiate restructuring,and stronger business advantages of the project,has become an overseas OEM manufacturers in the domestic service agency;on the other hand relying on the project to the Ministry of Aviation seat accessory manufacturing field development.The final development of the annex for the maintenance,manufacturing dual-core pull of the new enterprise,improve the ability of enterprises to resist risks in the future of the domestic aviation parts maintenance and manufacturing market occupies a place.In this paper,the study itself,by company A-depth study and propose viable development strategy,provide some in the technology-intensive enterprises in the deteriorating external environment for the company to select and implement competitive strategies at the same time,there are such problems as the other Reference and reference.
