Research On Project Schedule Management Of 4G Network Construction Of LG Branch Of China Mobile

Accompanied by the construction of 4G network projects,which conform with the development of communication and benefit the nation and the people,China has almost entered 4G era since the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued China Mobile the license of FDD-LTE in 2012.The LG branch office of China Mobile focuses on creative development and stable construction in order to promote Chinese local communication level.As we know,enormous work amount requires long term,but the problems such as short time limitation,working difficulty and inefficient coordination bring great influence to completing this project in time.Therefore,it's significant to study on the construction of 4G network project.Being to optimize the command of material resources and human resources,project management has been regarded as an efficient way of organizing by more and more modern companies,including many communication companies.With the methods of planning,organizing,executing and controlling,project management always play a excellent role.Based on the project theory,especially by the way of Critical path method and Gantt chart,this article is to make a systematic explanation on the concept and a efficiency on the construction schedule of the LG branch office.According to the analysis of the constructing disadvantages and realities,it is to make a confirmed and reasonable plan with scientific management,which precisely analyzes the elements of project construction.Besides,we should take various measures to fully control the project schedule.It will be practical on other projects with higher managing level.This paper will be directive to some other companies,which is to make similar project management.
