| Project management is a method of plan management which developing from 1950's. Now, it is a management method in many fields. Today, the scope of project is more great, the investment is too higher, the specialty is wider, and the relationships are more complex , project management has became one of the main tools gradually. Now perfectly science system of project management was established in developed countries. And we are also researching and practicing the system of project management.In practicing of the project, we pay attention to that whether the project management has been used, whether the methods of project management is good, and the experiences of project management has been used for new projects management.The present study looks at the concept of project management. Introduces the five management processes and the nine management's knowledge files of PMI. According as the programming of Wu Han Iron & Steel (Group) Corporation, in 2005, the product volume of iron & steel will reach 10 millions tons per year, Wu Han Iron & Steel (Group) Corporation will become the top grade corporation in the world. The company has become the best manufacture of the silicon steel & the car steel. In order to meet the need to oxygen for future production, the Wu Han Iron & Steel (Group) Corporation decided to build a set of 60000m3/hO2 oxygen plant. After introducing the management's procese, it is important for using the project management in projects.The thesis sums up the experiences in project implementing, for example, a united cooperation team is very important for the project and the men with high diathesis are important for communication and harmony. In addition, the author thinks the spreading and application of domestic project management deeply, and considers that it should be necessary to reduce influence from government, attach importance to risk management of project, bring up many persons with ability in project management. |
