The construction enterprises in China are labor-intensive industries. Increasingly larger scale enterprises and increasing number of the items of parallel operation result in delays or even failure of many projects. Faced with global competition and challenges, along with the complexity of the project development trend, the traditional management model revealed an increasing number of problems and disadvantages. The need of a new and complex features with the self-compatible management model is urgent.So far, with the development of construction enterprises, its value can no longer rely on a single value-added enterprises. Thesis will add value chain into the network economic environment. It breaks through the traditional linear communication of value chain in construction enterprises, and change into the model which a number of project participants to communicate and share the full value with project-based line. To a certain extent the model overcome the defects in the projects value stream of the traditional construction enterprises, and re-shape the existing forms of project management in construction industry. It improve the overall coordination and the efficiency of interaction of the entire value chain of construction enterprises. And the network economy can play its impact on the interaction between the main role in promoting value creation.The research work of thesis are as follows:(1) The thesis use the advanced value chain management ideas at home and abroad, give the value chain decomposition and integration in the market economy mode. The project management will link all participants in the value chain to build a value chain model in network economy and analysis its value-added patterns.(2) In the constraints of value-added effect of value chain in construction enterprise, based on new techniques and management methods, the thesis defined project collaboration Management based on value-added value chain, and proposed project collaboration model based on large-scale stand-alone projects in construction enterprise, coordinate value-adding process problems encountered in project collaboration management in the value chain.(3) The establish project collaboration management evaluation index system of construction enterprise, use multi-level dynamic fuzzy integrated approach to the empirical evaluation of performance of enterprise collaboration, solve the measurement issues of large-scale stand-alone projects coordinated performance of construction enterprise. Also, through measuring the results, the thesis analyze the deficiencies to construction enterprises in the project management.
