With the rapid growth of aviation industry and the formation of the multi-airport systems in the world wide, the law of the life cycle in the multi-airport systems has become increasingly evident. Considering most of the major multi-airport systems of the world, the airport located in the core of the city is large in scale but its resource constraints.Meanwhilefacilities of the airports insurrounding cities have rendered idle to causewasting resources.This situation is very highlight inthe multi-airport system that serves Jing Jin Ji regions.It is so important and urgent to takefull use of resources,to have reasonable divisions and to have complementary advantages for the sake of promoting coordinated development of the all airports' plans and constructions of the multi-airport system.In this paper, based on gathering and analyzing a large number of domestic and international studies about multi-airport systems, then summarizing the relationship among cooperativity of multi-airport system,the life cycle and dynamic mechanism,cooperativity of the multi-airport system that serves Jing Jin Ji regions and the multi-airport system that serves the New York regionsis evaluated through DHGF model and MATLAB software to determine the multi-airport system that serves Jing Jin Ji regions and compares with the multi-airport system that serves New York regions.Secondly,the life cycle stage of the multi-airport system that serves Jing Jin Ji regions and the multi-airport system that serves New York regions are divided respectively through the combination of ordered clustering analysis and principal component cycle.Characteristics ofthe life cycle and dynamic mechanism in different stages of two airports are compared in tabular formin accordance with the results.Finally, combined with cooperativitystatus of two multi-airport systems,it is proposed that collaborative development of the multi-airport system that serves Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regions around the Beijing new airport should proceed in the three stages to achieve.
