Dual-channel Supply Chain Coordination Under Internet Background

With the rapid development and universal application of Internet information technology,more and more enterprises are no longer limited to the single traditional retail sales.In turn,they turn to the electronic distribution channels to expand the market and improve the sales space of products to gain more benefits.The common development of online and offline sales channels has led to a new mode of dual-channel supply chain.Compared with traditional supply chain mode,this mode reduces sales links,while it will cause conflicts between retailers and manufacturers.Based on the theory of system engineering,the coordination of dual-channel supply chain under centralized inventory control mode is studied in this paper.First,the development and research status of the dual-channel supply chain coordination is expounded,and the centralized inventory management model is proposed to be more conducive to the realization of the dual-channel supply chain information sharing and rapid response.Secondly,according to the different subject of inventory control,the coordination model of dual-channel supply chain is established under the centralized control inventory mode of the manufacturer and the retailer centralized control inventory mode.In addition,the coordination model with the increase of safety stock and the actual sales volume is discussed.Under this mode,the profit of supply chain is mainly influenced by three factors: surplus product quantity,channel product pricing and channel bias.Thirdly,Anylogic simulation software is applied to the simulation of the dual-channel supply chain and single channel supply chain of the two kinds of inventory control modes,and the difference of profit level and cost level in different modes is compared and analyzed.The results show that the total profit of the supply chain obtained by the centralized control inventory model is the highest,and the inventory holders have a greater advantage in obtaining profits.The total cost of the centralized control model is the lowest and the retailer's cost is the lowest.The dual-channel supply chain model is superior to the single channel supply chain model.Finally,the influence of the two factors of safety production coefficient and channel transfer coefficient on the state of the supply chain system is studied.It is found that the factor of safety production directly affects the cost of the shortage and the cost of the remaining products.The channel transfer coefficient has little effect on the total profit of the supply chain,but the tendency of the customer's channel will make the one with the increase of the purchase quantity higher profit.This paper focuses on the dual-channel supply chain coordination under the centralized control inventory mode of the manufacturer and the retailer centralized control inventory mode,the differences between traditional single channel and dual channel supply chain are discussed.The research provides some suggestions for enterprises to reduce the cost of channels and seek for integrated development.It has a certain significance for guiding the coordinated optimization of the dual channel supply chain under the background of the Internet.
