At present,China’s manufacturing industry is facing a severe situation,and the advantage of low cost gradually disappeared and transformation and upgrading are imminent.However,SMEs generally have problems such as financing difficulties,information lag and slow order processing.In the context of economic globalization,the extension and deep decomposition of the industrial chain has spawned the birth of supply chain service enterprises,and service outsourcing has flourished.From the perspective of the enterprise,we can concentrate our limited energy on the core business,shorten the product life cycle,and reduce the production cost.From the perspective of the industry,we can improve the overall level and efficiency of the industry and promote the coordinated development of the industry.As an integrator in the supply chain,supply chain service companies can integrate various service providers in the supply chain,respond to and decompose customer needs,and coordinate different service providers to cooperate with each other to fulfill customer needs.However,there are few studies on the specific roles of the supply chain service enterprises in the supply chain.How to use the supply chain network to cultivate their own capabilities to better achieve collaborative innovation,and ultimately promote the upgrading of the industrial chain,is a topic of concern between the enterpreneurs and the academia.In this context,based on resource-based theory,embeddedness theory and dynamic capability theory,this study takes supply chain service enterprises as research object,and elaborates on “how network embeddedness affects supply chain collaborative innovation performance of supply chain service enterprise”.Relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness are used as variables to characterize network embeddedness.The intermediate mechanism is analyzed based on the perspective of dynamic capability,and the adjustment of environmental turbulence in the whole path of action is explained from the environmental level.This study used questionnaires to obtain data from 161 supply chain service companies,and empirically analyzed the relationship between network embeddedness and collaborative innovation performance,as well as the mediating role of dynamic capability and the regulation of environmental turbulence.The research results show that :(1)The two dimensional relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness of network embeddedness both have a significant positive impact on supply chain collaborative innovation;compared with structural embeddedness,relational embedding has a greater impact on collaborative innovation performance.(2)Dynamic capabilities play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between relational embeddedness,structural embeddedness and supply chain collaborative innovation.Specially,integration and refactoring capabilities have a significant positive impact on supply chain collaborative innovation performance;relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness have a significant positive impact on dynamic capability,but relational embeddedness significantly affects both integration and refactoring capabilities;structural embeddedness only significantly affects integration capabilities.(3)Environmental turbulence plays a positive role in the relationship between relational embeddedness and dynamic capability;there is no significant adjustment effect on the relationship between structural embeddedness and dynamic capability.(4)Environmental turbulence plays a positive role in regulating the dynamic capability and the supply chain collaborative innovation performance of supply chain service companies.The main contributions of this research are:(1)Exploring the relationship of network embeddedness,dynamic capability,environmental turbulence and supply chain collaborative innovation performance,which helps to enrich the mechanism of network embeddedness on collaborative innovation performance and make up for the lack of relevant research.(2)Provide decision-making advice for supply chain service enterprise practice,guide enterprises to maintain network embeddedness,build dynamic capability,and enhance collaborative innovation performance to achieve customer satisfaction and better supply chain performance.
